Our IP

With our foundational intellectual property (IP), AgriFORCE has developed a new advanced AgTech approach to growing high value crops. This is the next generation of controlled-environment agriculture (CEA), supported by integrated operations and systems. Our facility design and operational processes are developed to help growers deliver what crops need to achieve full genetic potential—and yield.

We have spent over five years developing FORCEGH+ (previously called the AgriFORCE GrowHouse), the associated technologies and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). With our proprietary design, AgriFORCE IP promotes significant yield gains compared to most traditional indoor growing environments and systems.

AgriFORCE IP is based on our four pillars:

  • Facility & Lighting Design
  • Automation & Artificial Intelligence
  • Fertigation & Nutrients
  • Micropropagation & Genetics

Our IP is designed to deliver the highest yield/lowest environmental impact. We concentrate on:

Crops

At the heart of everything that we do are crops—our customers’ crops. Our IP was created to optimize genetics through advanced tissue culture and micropropagation. It was designed to produce higher yields, improved efficacy, and greater nutritional and flavor profile values, resulting in lower production costs.

Ongoing research and development provide performance and improvement parameter characteristics of various plant genetics within controlled environments, materials, and operational practices.

Operations

At AgriFORCE, we have developed and refined proprietary SOPs to insure structured, consistent, integrated manual (grower’s staff) and automated (AGS and robotics IoT to AI learning) performance metrics, and results.

Our IP includes the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for advanced propagation to cultivation to harvest and, where applicable, to the manufacturing process for plant-based foods and products. Our SOPs result in optimized labor, enhanced automation, and substantive capital, resource and operational savings, as well as reduced ecological impacts.

Our proprietary operations SOPs are designed to bring together all aspects of the cultivation process, providing the ability for each crop to reach its full genetic potential. Our SOPs integrate and optimize each step of the grower’s process.

Facilities

FORCEGH+, the AgriFORCE GrowHouse facilities, are designed as advanced AgTech, high-efficiency building envelopes supported by proprietary building engineering and materials. FORCEGH+ is developed to bring natural sunlight, indoors—in a way that has never been achieved before. Proprietary supplemental grow lighting and dynamic foam solar gain control are integrated. All of these elements are created to address virtually any environmental or climate shortcomings.

Our proprietary facility design provides the ability for significantly reduced utility demands, integrating alternative clean energy sourcing. We are committed to achieving Green Building Initiative/Green Globes certification. To develop our advanced GrowHouse, the AgriFORCE team worked alongside internationally recognised experts and growers to design, engineer, document, test, and tender advanced facility structures and materials, environmental management systems (HVAC), eco-intelligent power and utility provisions, CFD (computational fluid dynamics) modeling, solar gain management analytics, and more, in order to establish and prove our integrated solutions and efficiencies.

Systems

AgriFORCE systems are designed to use a range of advanced data-driven technology, including the use of IoT to AI integrated facility/systems controls. Our critical sensoring and monitoring interface equipment and advanced AgTech automated grow systems provide real-time data that supports our customers in delivering the specifics required by their crops. Our systems also integrate proprietary high-efficiency grow channels and hybrid hydroponic-aeroponic nutrient systems to ensure that the crops can reach their full genetic potential. We work in partnership with international AgTech experts in their respective fields, including growers to develop our advanced Automated Grow Systems (AGS), proprietary channel IP, integrated control systems, supplemental grow lighting IP, proprietary grow medium bio-pots, and more.

Environment

Integrated crops, operations, facilities, and systems result in an environment that provides our customer’s crop with what it needs to thrive. This sealed environment is dynamic—requiring real-time, data driven, scientific feedback and support—and maintains optimal conditions. At AgriFORCE, this includes high-efficiency, climate-controlled equipment and micro-climate delivery systems and materials. This platform integrates sensors delivering data points from automated chronological/meteorological/biological feedback throughout the FORCEGH+ facilities. This results in an herbicide- and pesticide-free environment for cultivation by our customers.

In areas related to geographic environmental management, the AgriFORCE team has worked with internationally recognized industry experts, partners, and growers to design, engineer, document, test, and tender advanced facility structures and materials, environmental management systems (HVAC), eco-intelligent power and utility provisions, CFD (computational fluid dynamics) modeling, solar gain management analytics, etc. to insure optimal CEA micro-climate efficiencies based upon real science.

AgriFORCE continues to redefine controlled-environment agriculture (CEA) using our IP as the foundation for more efficient, highly sustainable AgTech solutions.
