Reporting to the CEO, the Director Capital Markets is responsible for supporting the company’s strategy and M&A initiatives with financial, market and operational analysis to help the company define a strategy for current and future financial activity.  Managing multiple projects and outside relationships the Director, Capital Markets will be responsible for the execution and performance of capital markets activities including, but not limited to capital raising (debt and equity), transaction diligence, managing process timelines, financial modeling, investor outreach, and investor relations.

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, self-motivated, results-driven, and operate well in a fast paced yet collaborative, team-oriented environment. A minimum of 5 years of investment banking, private equity, venture capital, capital raising, valuation, accounting, or relevant work experience is preferred with experience serving as deal lead across a wide variety of capital raising activities, including debt capital markets, equity capital markets, credit facilities, liability management, and/or M&A in US capital markets. Proven analytical ability, financial statement analysis, financial modelling and other such accounting skills/knowledge as well as proficiency with MS Office are essential as is attention to detail. We are seeking an individual with the ability to communicate effectively with executive management and all departments across the organization and efficiently manage multiple projects, workflows and internal relationships simultaneously; adeptly managing priorities and requests.
